We design the mould according to the confirmed bucket drawing. The 3D mould design includes detailed cooling system, ejection system, slide and so on.
After the purchase of the mould steel, the initial processing and then the finish machining. Heat treatment is required if necessary before finining processing.
After the various parts of the mould have been processed, they are inspected by QC and assembly begins. Including tests for hot runner systems, etc.
Choose suitable tonnage injection machine for the mould. Take records for the injection pressure, speed and temperature etc when injection molding.
According to the customer's agreement on weight, plastic materials and demoulding, send qualified samples to customers as well as mould test videos.
