Plastic bucket mould design and making

May. 06, 2019 Visit: 1016

The bucket mould seems very simple; actually there are many factors to consider.

Plastic bucket mold cooling system design: The design of the cooling system is a relatively complicated work. We need consider the cooling effect and the uniformity, as well as the influence of the cooling system on the overall structure of the mold. The determination of specific position and size of the cooling system; key parts such as moving mold plate, cooling of inserts; cooling of side slides and side cores; design of cooling elements and selection of cooling standard components. Our company began to analyze these series of problems during mold design. The mold uses circulating water to flow in every part of the mold, reducing the cooling time during injection molding, improving the production efficiency of the product and greatly reducing the production cost.

The construction of the plastic pail mold: the pail mold adopts the I-shaped die structure, the cavity and core are 2738HH, the slider, the guide groove and the insert are 2316 or 718H, the guide post, the guide sleeve, the sprue sleeve, the pulling rod and the reset rod are SKD standard parts. The pail mold base adopts a standard base. With great corrosion resistance, toughness, thermal conductivity and hardness of good materials make polishing easier, saving production cycles, extending mold life, reducing maintenance and repair time, reducing the risk of cracking and increasing production effectiveness.

We serve the global plastic parts industry, seek development with technology, survive with quality, and stabilize the market with service. You can get the best quality molds at the best price; invest the lowest cost and create the most efficient products.
