Welcome to Micon Mould
The demand for paint bucket molds is increasing, and Micon moulds produce 120 sets of paint bucket molds per year. Most paint bucket sellers have higher requirements. They need to test the quality of the paint bucket. They usually need to make drop test for bucket at a height of 1.5 meters. I would like to introduce some drop test on the paint bucket.
For the paint barrel strength test, we must consider three points:
1. The bucket and lid must be well assembled, otherwise the lid will fall separately after leaking paint;
2. The wall thickness of the barrel should be reasonable, and some people always want to reduce the thickness of the barrel to reduce costs. This quality is difficult to guarantee, and a reasonable thickness can guarantee quality while saving costs.
3. Material selection: This is very important. People usually use high-density polyethylene or polypropylene materials to produce barrels, but there are many kinds of materials. It is better to choose a higher hardness and better cold resistance. Using a material with a low deformation temperature as it provides better impact resistance.
Maintenance for the paint bucket mould, plastic mould maintenance is more important than mould repair, the more the mould repairs, the shorter the life; and the better the mould maintenance, the longer its service life. There are three main points in mould maintenance:
1. Daily maintenance of the mould: various moving parts such as ejector pins, slides, cams, guide column, guide sleeve refueling, mould surface cleaning, water runner dredging, which all need maintained every day when the molding production finished.
2. Regular maintenance: Regular maintenance, including daily maintenance, also requires the cleaning of the exhaust vents, trapping the black spots and exhausting, and repairing the damage and wear parts.
3. Appearance maintenance: paint on the outside of the mould base to avoid rust. When mould disassembled from the machine, the fixed mould should be coated with anti-rust oil. When the mould is stored, it should be closed tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
